This policy explains what ConvFile processes, what the hosting platform may receive and what changes when advertising is enabled.

FILES AND TOOL INPUTS

ConvFile processes supported files and text inside your browser. Selected files, passwords, tokens, hashes, encryption keys and generated results are not intentionally transmitted to ConvFile servers. Closing or resetting a tool clears its in-memory work.

LOCAL BROWSER STORAGE

Some tools may use browser memory or local storage for device-only preferences, such as recently selected colours. You can clear this data using your browser controls.

HOSTING AND TECHNICAL LOGS

The website is delivered through Cloudflare. Like most hosting providers, Cloudflare may process request information such as IP address, browser details, requested URL, timing and security signals to deliver and protect the site. ConvFile does not combine this delivery data with the contents of files processed by the tools.

GOOGLE ANALYTICS

ConvFile uses Google Analytics to measure page visits and site usage. Google may receive page-view events and associated browser, device, approximate location and identifier information. Google Analytics does not receive files, passwords, tokens, hashes, encryption keys or tool results processed locally by ConvFile. Learn more in Google's Privacy Policy.

GOOGLE ADSENSE

When advertising is enabled, third-party vendors including Google may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses or similar identifiers to serve and measure ads. Google and its partners may use advertising cookies to show ads based on visits to this and other websites. Users can manage personalised advertising in Google Ads Settings and review how Google uses information from partner sites.

CONSENT

Analytics and advertising tags must not be enabled for regions where consent is required until an appropriate consent management platform is configured. Visitors must be able to review or change their choices through the consent interface.

CHILDREN

ConvFile is a general-purpose utility website and is not directed to children under the age required for independent consent in their jurisdiction.

LOCAL FILES

Files processed locally in the browser are never received by ConvFile, so they cannot be retrieved or deleted by the site operator.
